"People are always just so impressed with the basic materials like a mud wall and the stones in between, and you feel these elements of nature around you, rather than plastic doors or already manufactured things," Inglizian adds.

Two small stone buildings, as much as 150 years old, house the retreat’s sauna, massage and acupuncture rooms, which are anything but generic.
