Back-of-the-Envelope Design Contest
The Chronicle Review has held a competition to design a presidential library for Dubya - on the condition that all entries appear on standard sized envelopes, as if quickly sketched by an architect meeting with the president. The responses are HILARIOUS.
[Image: It’s hard to read the text, but this submittal has a mock white house propped up out front, with a cemetery beyond that. The library itself is a cross shaped pit, representing Bush’s presidency as a ‘hole’ - with a reflecting pool suggesting a bottomless pit of lies. My ninjas, please!]
Check out the rest of the entries here, and cast your vote for the library best suited for our soon-to-be ex-president.
