"wolf pack"
That is not a surprise, right? Waging the war on drugs is dangerous and requires heroic sacrifices as police routinely go up against deadly drug dealers and deranged drug users. At least that’s the official line, routinely promulgated by law enforcement officials who speak of lethal cartels and dealers using high-powered weapons. It is a notion reinforced by countless TV programs that glorify police as "the thin blue line" that, at great personal risk, protects us from those druggies. Indeed, the brave officer fighting the drug war is an essential part of the worshipful mystique that surrounds the men and women in blue.

"Lost Cities Better Seen From Space"
With the help of new technologies NASA experts and archaeologists are discovering ancient Maya settlements in Guatemala. The potential of this project is to transform the way archeology is done, not only in Guatemala, but in Brazil, Bolivia, Cambodia or anywhere where the forest has traditionally obscured ruins from view. Seeing ruins from space changes the entire way that archeology is approach in a tropical environment.

The curtain wall
Apart from the walls a castle has many parts, and all castles are different. The part all castles do have in common, however, is the outer wall, normally known as the curtain wall. This encircles the castle and provides the first line of defence. This is where the builder puts most of his skill and effort into making the castle hard to attack.
The curtain wall is the castle’s main defensive component, and several basic structural elements are necessary, though some others that have been added over the years. There are many early castles that have some or all of the defensive elements of the later castles due to successive updating and rebuilding by later generations.

Superbus
A prototype of the superbus is now to be demonstrated at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, highlighting its innovative concepts of dynamic routing, all-electric drivetrain, Formula 1 aerodynamics and cruising speeds of up to 250 kph on special, dedicated freeway lanes.
Part of a wider initiative to address future mobility needs, the objective of the Superbus is to combine the convenience and comfort of a limousine with the speed of a bullet train for regional travel.
In densely populated regions, it could also reduce CO2 emissions by providing ground transportation between international hubs and regional airports. Expected benefits to society include zero tailpipe emissions, reduced freeway traffic and fewer accident fatalities.
