Women and Early Startups
While the topic of men-women ratio or gender biases within the startup community has always been a topic of discussion or contention, my post is not going to be about why there are so few women in tech or how it’s like being a woman in tech (that warrants another post). But rather, I want to stress the importance of hiring women as a core part of your team, especially within the early stages of your startup of about 3-10 people.

Real Entrepreneurs?
I’m sick of hearing this bullshit about how entrepreneurs (especially in the tech industry) need to be rumping their computers 23 hours a day, trying to get their startup off the ground. How they need to be working their faces off, neglecting all other responsibilities like family and friends.
