Sometimes you gotta get back to your roots, right? So when you’re spending some time social living or with the fam, this might be the perfect investment. Unless, of course, the old chalk-board suits you just fine.

The ‘In-Touch’ Message Board is still in the conceptual phase over at Philips, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think it was a cool idea.AA The message board is an LCD screen unerneath a mirror. When activated, the screen appears, displaying thumbnail pictures of various ninjas you rest with. Touch a picture with the included stylus and a box opens up next to the person’s picture that you can leave notes and messages in. Touch a blue light in the corner of the board and you can record them a video message. The message board is also equipped with MMS and SMS capabilities, so you can text ninjas then they ain’t there.
Sounds pretty damn nifty.

Check it.

Not for the pack-rats!

This minimalist coffee table by Barber Osgerby is very dope, with angled sides and a glass top that makes your drinks look like they’re levitating ninjas-style.AA I woulda been had one, except you know I need ample room to store my steadily accumulating junk out of sight.

If you’re a bit tidier than me, go cop the Zero-In Coffe Table at the MoMA store.

Project Precita

From The Creators:

Years lived in: After 2 unpleasant years of top-to-bottom renovation, wea€™ve been living in it for 18 months.

Inspiration: The open layouts of Frank Lloyd Wright, the broken ruins of the former Huntera€™s Point Naval Shipyard, the converted Army barracks at the Headlands Center for the Arts, the Golden Gate Bridge.

Our style: Contemporary modernism meets the military-industrial complex.

Finally… A chair for my jiggy ninjas on the block….

Haven’t you been dismayed at the lack of playalistic lawn furniture that really allows you to highlight your ninjaness while out lamping in front of your crib? Sometimes the stoop just ain’t cuttin’ it when you really need to floss in style.
Enter the reDO Leather Folding Chair. With touches of wood and interwoven leather strips, this is a chair you can shine in. Just make sure you can ive up to the price tag, a measly $2,500. Right.
Ummm…. Cop it

Think your coffee table is gangster?

It very well might be, but is it more gangster than the Yakuza Table from Reddish Studio? I think not! A simple and elegant wooden table "digitally tattooed" with yakuza-inspired designs.
