ICP is number two!
In a very understandable twist, Insane Clown Posse (ICP) was shifted from the Worst Band in the History of the World, to the Second Worst Band in the History of the World after the judges realized that being the worst band would actually be an accomplishment and that ICP was so bad that they could not be the best at being the worst.
In 1998, the group was added to the list as Inner City Posse in fifteenth place. They moved up to first place by 1992 and have been listed as The Worst Band in the History of the World since then. It was only recently realized that the group was somehow worse than the worst band in the world and that something needed to be done.

Crossbow and a will
Seoul - A former South Korean professor shot a judge in the stomach with a crossbow in an apparent protest against one of his rulings, police investigators said on Tuesday.
Kim Myong-Ho, a former mathematics professor at a Seoul university, faces charges of attempted murder for the attack outside the judge’s home late on Monday, police said.
"Police plan to seek an arrest warrant for the attacker on charges of attempted murder," Kim Yong-Sik, a detective handling the case at the Songpa police in southern Seoul, told AFP.
The shooting was apparent payback after Seoul High Court judge Park Hong-Woo upheld on Friday a ruling denying Kim reinstatement to his job.
Kim, sacked from his job in 1995, was waiting outside the judge’s home with a crossbow, bolts, knife and a rope, the detective alleged.
The judge is in hospital in a stable condition.
In a lawsuit dating back to 1996, Kim has unsuccessfully sought reinstatement to his job at the university, according to police who have been questioning him since the attack.
Kim lost his case at a lower court and the High Court upheld the ruling on Friday after he appealed against the decision.
He was allegedly sacked by the school authorities for slandering his colleagues and for negligence in research, reports have said.
He claims he was unfairly fired because he had disclosed fallacy in a college admission test and possible corruption in the administration.

Spy coins
WASHINGTON: The Defense Department is warning its American contractor employees about a new espionage threat seemingly straight from Hollywood: It discovered Canadian coins with tiny radio frequency transmitters hidden inside.
In a U.S. government report, the department said the mysterious coins were found planted on U.S. contractors with classified security clearances on at least three separate occasions between October 2005 and January 2006 as the contractors traveled through Canada.
